Dear Students,

As we progress through the academic year, the college management would like to communicate key updates, expectations, and reminders to ensure a productive, disciplined, and enriching campus experience for all. This message covers essential aspects of student life, and we urge you to read it carefully and adhere to the guidelines provided.

1. Academic Excellence & Discipline

Attendance & Punctuality: Regular attendance is mandatory. Falling below 75% may result in disqualification from exams. Latecomers disrupt classes—be punctual.

Classroom Conduct: Maintain decorum—no mobile usage, side conversations, or disrespectful behaviour. Focus on active participation.

Assignments & Exams: Submit work on time. Plagiarism or malpractice will lead to strict disciplinary action. Utilize faculty consultations for doubts.

2. Campus Safety & Discipline

ID Cards: Always carry your college ID—random checks will be conducted. Unauthorized entry is prohibited.

Prohibited Items: Strict ban on drugs, alcohol, weapons, and vaping. Violations will lead to suspension/expulsion.

Ragging Policy: Ragging is a punishable offense—zero tolerance. Report incidents immediately to the anti-ragging committee.

3. Health & Well-being

Medical Support: The health centre is available for emergencies. Inform authorities in case of chronic illnesses.

Mental Health: Counselling services are confidential. Reach out if stressed or anxious—your well-being matters.

Hygiene: Keep classrooms, labs, and washrooms clean. Dispose of waste responsibly.

4. Extracurricular & Skill Development

Clubs & Events: Participate in seminars, workshops, and cultural activities to enhance skills.

Sports: Represent the college in tournaments. Regular practice sessions are encouraged.

Internships/Placements: Attend pre-placement talks, resume workshops, and corporate interactions for career readiness.

5. Digital Responsibility & Cyber Safety

Social media: Avoid posting defamatory/offensive content. Cyberbullying will be severely penalized.

E-Learning: Use LMS responsibly—no misuse of platforms or sharing inappropriate material.

6. Infrastructure & Resources

Library: Maintain silence. Return borrowed books on time to avoid fines.

Labs: Handle equipment with care. Misuse will attract penalties.

Wi-Fi: Strictly for academic use. Illegal downloads/access blocked sites will lead to disciplinary action.

7. Grievance Redressal

Approach your mentors/HODs for issues. Escalate unresolved matters to the grievance cell for fair resolution.

8. Social Responsibility

Eco-Friendly Practices: Reduce plastic use, conserve water/electricity, and participate in green initiatives.

Your growth—academic, professional, and personal—is our priority. Uphold the college’s values of integrity, excellence, and respect. Let us work together to maintain a thriving learning environment.
