Victoria College of Education was established on 15 July 2005 under the aegis of Sahib Shiksha Avam Kalyan Samiti with a vision to transform the landscape of teacher education. The college offers teacher training programmes such as D.EL.. ED, B.Ed., M. ED, and B.P. Ed, and is permanently affiliated with Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
